At first thought you may think she's going to kill you, but no, she just wants to tell you in her own, err, very interesting way, that you've crawled yourself into her mind and that she likes you. And to prove that you're gonna have to fight her. After besting her in combat you can pull her to the ground and have sex with her, which however is not much shown in this scene.
